 It's become increasingly more obvious to the individuals who use it and the medical community that Mild Hyperbaric Therapy is extremely safe, effective and a viable treatment for conditions that often leave people feeling like they have no hope and no place to turn.

We realize that sometimes it's just out of the reach financially for some families to dedicate the time and resources that will be necessary to undertake the recommended number of treatments in the recommended time frame at our clinics.

    For many of the conditions we see, just traveling to the clinic is a battle and many cannot do it alone. The fact is, people have jobs, bills, commitments and many other things that they must do just to survive and we want you to know a couple things: We understand & we're doing something about it. If you cannot make it to our clinics there's a pretty simple answer to that problem; we'll bring the clinic to you.

    For many of the conditions we see such as Traumatic Brain injuries, Stroke & Autism, research suggest 1-2 "blocks" of 40 sessions at 1 - 1.5 hours each.  Committing to that schedule is very demanding and in some cases unattainable for some families.

                    When we first decided to start using hyperbaric oxygen therapy for treating our autistic son it was to address an ongoing bacterial infection that we found out he had. We originally were visiting a chiropractor's office about 30 minutes from our house for HBOT treatments but then discovered that Pikes Peak Hyberbaric offered in-home rentals at an affordable price.

                    We made the move to an in-home unit after consulting with Ric Rooney who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Soon after we started to use the HBOT on a daily basis we retested our son and his bacterial infection was no longer showing up! We continued using the unit daily for another couple of months because we were noticing that our son's "brain fog" symptoms and stimming behaviors were not as severe as before we started using the HBOT. The unit from Pikes Peak Hyperbaric was well kept and comfortable enough for me to go in with my son. We would recommend trying this type of non-invasive therapy to anyone!

                    Hello fellow vets! I am a 100% disabled vet from Canon City, Colorado. I have a TBI causing many panic/anxiety related illnesses. I've been dealing with this 2005 when I was medically retired. Trust me, I've tried everything Tricare and the VA have to to offer and some of these things have helped me immensely. One night I saw on the news a story about how hyperbaric oxygen chambers were helping those with TBI related issues. So I went to Pikes Peak Hyperbaric for the free appointment. The first time I tried it I felt an overwhelming sense of relaxation and clarity. So I decided to rent a unit for two months. At the beginning I set out several goals including feeling comfortable arounds crowds, people, stores and such.I started going in the chamber for 2-3 hour sessions a day. The results were amazing. Within the first week I had reached ALL MY GOALS for the month!

                    I've found the more time you can spend in the chamber, the better. The effects you will notice are many and surprising. Another thing I noticed is that my thinking is much more clear. It's hard to explain but it's a feeling of clarity in your mind, getting rid of cloudiness or confusion. Anyway, this treatment is amazing and I definitely recommend it to any vet. Let's hope that when Tricare finishes their 10-year investigation to find out the obvious, they will help us pay for our treatment. Good luck vets, I love you all.
