In our second "Ask PPH - Staff Interview" segment, Ric and Jesse Rooney, (The Father and Son Co-founding team of PPH), talk with Mark Rees, Podcast Producer, about the history of PPH and the medical benefits of using Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Thereapy.  This is a good "introductory" and "tutorial" on Mild HBOT and gets into some detailed background on the positive effects that oxygen has on the body, and how ambient pressure  is different from 100% oxygen therapy used in large steel chambers.
